Welcome to Rankonomics, operated by Uttapa Digital Enterprise LLC dba Rankonomics (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, digital products, and all communications or interactions with our business. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or engage in our services.

2. Description of Services

Rankonomics provides professional digital marketing services to local businesses across the United States, with a specialized focus on:

  • Local SEO Strategy and Execution

  • Google Business Profile Optimization and Management

  • On-Page SEO and Technical Site Optimization

  • Citation Building and NAP Consistency Audits

  • Web Design and Development

  • Monthly SEO Reporting and Analytics

  • Content Strategy and Development

  • Local Link Building and Outreach

  • Lead Tracking and Conversion Optimization

Custom services or add-ons may also be offered as part of written agreements or scope-of-work documents.

3. Client Obligations

As a client of Rankonomics, you agree to:

  • Provide timely access to required credentials, including but not limited to domain registrar, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, CMS, and hosting accounts.

  • Complete our onboarding questionnaire and respond to service-related requests in a timely manner.

  • Inform us in advance of any changes to your website, branding, services, or business model that could impact your SEO or marketing strategy.

  • Avoid hiring additional SEO vendors or making unapproved changes that may conflict with our work.

  • Ensure accuracy of all business information provided.

4. Service Delivery & Timelines

Rankonomics operates on a monthly subscription model. Deliverables are rendered on an ongoing basis as per the service tier selected. Estimated timelines:

  • Onboarding and access setup: 1–3 business days after sign-up

  • Strategy development and site audits: 3–7 business days after onboarding

  • Website buildouts: 1–3 weeks depending on scope

  • Ongoing SEO execution: begins immediately after launch phase

Rankonomics is not liable for delays caused by missing information, delayed responses, or third-party access restrictions.

5. Payments, Billing, and Refunds

  • All services are subscription-based unless otherwise specified.

  • Payments are due upfront at the start of each billing cycle (monthly).

  • Clients must maintain an active payment method on file.

  • Late or failed payments may result in service suspension or account termination.

  • No refunds are issued for completed work or time already allocated.

  • Project-based work (e.g., custom web design) may require milestone payments.

  • Cancelations must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • All work created by Rankonomics (including but not limited to designs, content, strategy documents, and SEO assets) remains the intellectual property of Uttapa Digital Enterprise LLC until full payment is received.

  • After payment is complete, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for their business purposes.

  • Rankonomics reserves the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio.

7. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive business information.

  • Rankonomics will not share or sell your information to third parties unless required by law or explicitly authorized in writing.

  • Client data access is limited to team members directly responsible for executing services.

8. Disclaimers & No Guarantees

  • While our strategies are designed for maximum results, Rankonomics does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes.

  • SEO is influenced by many variables outside our control, including algorithm updates, competitor activity, and third-party platform behavior.

  • We are not liable for issues caused by third-party providers (e.g., Google, hosting services, website plugins).

  • The client assumes full responsibility for complying with local laws and regulations related to their business or website content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rankonomics and Uttapa Digital Enterprise LLC are not liable for:

  • Lost revenue or business opportunities

  • Damages resulting from service interruptions or technical failures

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Total liability under these terms is limited to the amount paid by the client in the 60 days prior to any claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services with or without cause, including but not limited to:

  • Non-payment or repeated payment failures

  • Client misconduct or abusive behavior

  • Breach of any section of these Terms

Clients may terminate their subscription with written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Upon termination, no further services or support will be provided unless separately agreed upon.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to this page and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
